At Vedamrit™, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order only before it has been packed or dispatched.

If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and, where applicable, process the refund to your original payment method.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

An order cannot be cancelled if:

  • It has already been packed.
  • It has been handed over to the courier partner.
  • It has already been shipped.
  • It is out for delivery.
  • It has been delivered.

Once an order reaches any of these stages, cancellation is no longer possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation requests are accepted only before the order has been packed or dispatched.

Customers are requested to place COD orders only if they intend to accept delivery. Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in the restriction or suspension of the COD payment option for future purchases.

International Orders

International orders are processed quickly to minimize delivery times. Once an international order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by Vedamrit™

Vedamrit™ reserves the right to cancel any order under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • Unsuccessful payment verification.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Technical or pricing errors.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Vedamrit™ before dispatch, any eligible payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
