No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases made from Vedamrit™ are non-returnable.

Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned because it is a personal-use health and wellness product. For hygiene and safety reasons, a product that has been delivered to one customer cannot be accepted back and supplied to another customer.

No Refund Policy

Vedamrit™ follows a No Refund Policy.

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it is not eligible for a refund, except where required under applicable consumer laws.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Replacement Policy

Although returns and refunds are not accepted, we will gladly provide a replacement in the following cases:

  • You receive the wrong product, or
  • You receive a damaged or broken product during transit.

Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours (1 day) of the delivery.
  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Provide your order number and contact details.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost if your claim is found to be valid.

Claims Received After 24 Hours

Requests for replacement made after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Situations Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product has been used, damaged due to misuse, or altered after delivery.
  • No clear evidence (photos/videos) is provided for a damaged or incorrect item.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed or dispatched.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will assist only if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
