Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations within India only.
International orders must be prepaid using one of our secure online payment methods.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or failure to clear customs (for international shipments), the order may be returned. Additional shipping or handling charges may apply for re-shipment.
